2022 was a big year of research as the Big I executed the Future One Agency Universe Study, Best Practices Study, and Market Share Report.  These are lengthy studies that cover a large array of topics impacting independent agencies and the entire industry.  The ACT team has spent time reviewing the content and compiled a technology-focused review of the documents for all of our member agencies and partner companies.  While it is heavily focused on the Universe Study, we have seasoned the observations with insights captured in the other studies as well.  As we meet and interact throughout the year, we'd welcome the opportunity to compare notes with you and discuss ways in which we can leverage the findings.
