Zerin Buchanan, CPCU, API, AIS, AIM is the Director of Learning and Quality Control for The Hartwell Corporation in Idaho.  His experience is varied, and he offers a unique perspective that bridges the carrier and producer worldviews.

In his multi-decade career, he has worked with direct writers and the independent agencies in the following roles: Multi-Line Producer / Personal Lines Underwriter / Farm Underwriter / Commercial Lines Account Executive / Director of Learning and Quality Control
