Zerin Buchanan, CPCU, API, AIS, AIM is the Director of Learning and Quality Control for The Hartwell Corporation in Idaho.  His experience is varied, and he offers a unique perspective that bridges the carrier and producer worldviews.

In his multi-decade career, he has worked with direct writers and the independent agency system in the following roles:

• Commercial Lines Account Executive and Team Lead
