In conjunction with our ACT "Remote Work Best Practices" document, ACT offers this downloadable 'Remote Work Agreement'.
This is intended to be enacted between agency leadership and employees working remotely - either short- or long-term.  Note the document has an overview of the agreements and a separate section at the end for the Agreement itself (just over one page).
