| | | | And we're off! Like all of you, ACT is full throttle into the new year and working hard to bring our annual plans to fruition. For us, that looks a little different as many of our activities will involve executing our strategic refocus based on planning work done in 2024. We are very excited and would welcome your involvement! Through the year, we'll continue to build upon the momentum generated during the “Letter to the Industry" session we hosted at Ivans Connect. In that session, the ACT members and partners in attendance collaborated on four key technology-oriented topics and helped validate them as new focal points for our work. Each of these will help shape our content and activities in 2025. In fact, you may have already seen our initial “Letter to the Industry" and the first of our follow up letters which are being penned for each of the topics:
- Data
- Connectivity
- Artificial Intelligence
- People/Culture
We also launched three new ACT workgroups for the year (Data, Connectivity, and AI) and are very enthused by the interest shown from member agencies as well as our partner companies. These will get started in February! Stay tuned as we dive into these groups and leverage the incredible expertise of our members and partners to provide insights and resources for independent agencies and the industry at large. We are also continuing to explore new ways to collaborate with industry partners that share the vision of helping the industry better understand technology trends and how each can be leveraged for better overall experiences and results. In 2024, we partnered with Insurtech Connect and their ITC Agents event. In 2025 we are excited to partner with Insurtech Insights and will host a formal ACT session as part of their agenda in June!
