The event begins with a welcome from association leadership and an update on E&O education and continues with speaker Ray Gage who will empower attendees with insights and practical tools for transforming workplace environments by challenging traditional assumptions around burnout. Ray will talk about the integration of the 3 Essential Qualities of Effective Leadership (Clarity, Balance, and Presence) and the 3 Rules for Effective Relationships, fostering an inside-out approach to personal and organizational change that enhances resilience, engagement, and overall well-being.
