Allstate's Vice President of HR and Chief Inclusive Diversity & Equity Officer, Eloiza Domingo, recently represented the company in front of Congress regarding the state of DE&I work in the nation's largest insurance companies. The company shared major wins, such as hitting representation goals ahead of schedule, as well as areas where improvement is needed. In an interview with HRE, Domingo explained her personal connection to DE&I work and discussed where Allstate is focusing on growth and improvement. She also emphasized the importance of data and emerging technologies in the company's DE&I strategy.
