Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program
Together, participants
walk away committed to the industry and with a relationship to help them
continue to thrive in their careers.- Apply to become a mentor or mentee below.
- Applications
will be reviewed and candidates will be interviewed by a member of the
national YAC. Once complete, mentors and mentees will be partnered and an
introduction email will be sent.
- Agents can also use the PDF with a mentor or mentee they know.
- Participants
should commit at least one hour a week for 3 months to connect, set, and
establish goals for the mentee.
- Mentors
and mentees will be invited to participate in a full-group kick-off call with the
national YAC to establish expectations.
