The coronavirus has drastically changed our lives and how we do business—it's hard, it's uncertain. We don't know how this will affect us in the future, but what we do know is that now more than ever, technology is essential to how we do business. Our in-person ACT meeting, that was scheduled for April 22 in Orlando, was presented virtually. 

While we missed seeing everyone, we hope that having opened this meeting to the entire Big “I" community and the independent agency system helped us prepare our agencies, carriers and vendors to best serve our communities now, and in the future.
