20th Annual Best Practices Study Released in September
Agency data will reveal what the best agencies are doing to rise above the rest.
Every three years the Big “I”, in partnership with Reagan Consulting, selects the best agencies in seven revenue categories to analyze for the next three years. Extensive revenue, personnel and technology data is collected and presented in a series of three annual Best Practices studies.
In addition to the annual studies, the data is used to create tools and resources to help all Big “I” agencies be more successful. New resources in development include updated customer service resources and an agency perpetuation guide. Carriers that support- the annual study will have an exclusive opportunity to meet with the leaders of the agencies at the Best Practices Symposium to be held in conjunction with the Big “I” Winter Meeting in January 2014.
