Registration is now open for the next Council for Best Practices meeting, January 15, 2020 in New Orleans. Attendees will spend the morning at the Big "I" Level Up Agent Summit and the afternoon will be devoted to the business portion of the meeting.

New Resource Helps Big 'I' Members Navigate 
Overtime Regulations 

Big "I" members, along with other employers, must adhere to new regulations on overtime pay from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) by Jan. 1, 2020. For most agencies, it will be a matter of adjusting to the new salary threshold levels. But, for others, it may be time to start documenting hours worked.
