WASHINGTON, D.C., March 1, 2010 - The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (the Big “I”) announced that Rep. Bruce Braley (D-Iowa) will address the Annual Young Agents & InsurPac State Chairpersons Legislative Luncheon at the Big “I” National Legislative Conference & Convention.
The event will be held on Wednesday, March 3 at 12:00 p.m. and will also feature the presentation of the annual InsurPac National Championship awards, Young Agent of the Year and Eagle awards.
“Rep. Braley is a well-respected member of Congress who has quickly made a name for himself,” says Charles E. Rep. Braley was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2006. He serves on the House Energy and Commerce Committee and as vice chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. He is in his second term and represents Iowa’s first congressional district which includes the cities of Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Dubuque, Clinton, Davenport, and Bettendorf.
