Jones-DeWeever is a career reinvention strategist, diversity consultant and women’s empowerment expert. She is the founder of Exceptional Leadership Institute for Women, a global personal and professional development firm, and president of Incite Unlimited, a Washington, D.C.-based, boutique consulting firm that specializes in diversity consulting, communication strategy and research. The Diversity Task Force, which is hosting the forum, is a cooperative industry group comprised of Big “I” agents and brokers, members of groups representing Latin-American, African-American and Asian-American agents and 11 leading insurance companies.
