2018 Future One Agency Universe Study

During the past week, all IIABA members were asked to participate in the 2018 Future One Agency Universe study. This survey has been conducted since 1983, and as the independent agency systems grows and evolves, the study provides critical benchmarks and insights for IIABA, our state associations, and for insurance carriers.

Results of the survey will be reported in IA Magazine and many other industry publications. As well, a summary of the results will be made available on IIABA's website. Zeldis Research, an independent market research firm, has been retained to conduct this study to ensure the quality and confidentiality of the data.
