Emily graduated in the top 1% of her class from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Business Administration/Sales. She has further enhanced her professional credentials by earning the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Construction Risk Insurance Specialty (CRIS), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.

At Cottingham & Butler, Emily plays a pivotal role in leading and developing the construction practice. She is also a key contributor to the company's Sales Development and Internship program, finding energy in providing guidance and mentorship to newer insurance professionals. As a passionate advocate for the industries she serves, Emily actively participates in numerous state and national associations.
