JoLynda Hayes

JoLynda Hayes, CLCS, CISR, AIS, AINS is currently a Client Service Supervisor with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. She began working in the insurance industry in 2004. 

Active in the insurance community, JoLynda is the co-chair of Gallagher's Inclusion & Diversity – Talent Subcommittee. She has also served as an officer with Insurance Association of Greater Des Moines, Inc. (IAGDM). JoLynda works as a consultant with Prometric to write and review license exam questions as well. 

JoLynda graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Business Administration/Management degree from Grand View University. In addition to her education, she has earned her Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations.
